The Lloret Convention Bureau is interviewing twenty event organizing agencies in Madrid

It is part of the positioning strategy in the state market

Lloret de Mar, March 9, 2023.- The Lloret Convention Bureau, an entity that promotes the tourism of meetings and events in Lloret de Mar, has traveled this week to Madrid to interview with twenty organizing agencies such as AIM Group, Grupo Pacífico and Parafina Comunicación, among others; which organize events of all kinds, from conventions to incentives of all sizes, and who have very gladly received the new MICE events in Lloret de Mar. Montse Belisario, director of the Lloret Convention Bureau explains that “this action is part of our positioning strategy in the state market. These are our own promotional actions that allow us to present the destination’s offer for this segment individually and in detail.” At the root of the pandemic and post-pandemic, the Lloret Convention Bureau detected that agencies are increasingly looking for complementary destinations in the big cities, with a specialized, diversified offer that contains proposals and experiences to discover the territory. This differential fact means that Lloret de Mar is positioned as an alternative to large urban destinations, offering a value proposition that fits very well with the needs of the demand.

Apart from Madrid, at the beginning of the year the Lloret Convention Bureau already carried out a commercial agenda in the province of Malaga, also coordinated by YT Serveis, a commercial representation company, in which it interviewed fifteen organizing agencies of events in cities such as Málaga, Benalmádena or Torremolinos.

Finally, and within this strategy of positioning on the national and state market, at the end of March there is also a breakfast presentation of the Lloret Convention Bureau in Barcelona accompanied by its members; who will have the opportunity to network with the specialized agencies of the city as participants.
