Terms of use

The photographs and videos available on this website can only be used by:

1. Companies in the tourism sector: wholesale tour operators, airlines, travel agencies, tourist offices, etc. for the purpose of placing them exclusively in tourism publications distributed free of charge.

2. Media outlets for the purpose of producing articles or features that disseminate the tourism image of Lloret de Mar.

Any other use requires the express authorisation of Lloret Turisme.

In accordance with the legislation in force, the photograph or video must be used in its entirety and its ownership by Lloret Turisme must be displayed in the photo caption or video credits.

Furthermore, it is prohibited to use the material to highlight or associate it with products or services which, due to their intrinsic nature and characteristics, or due to the way and context in which they are presented or offered:

a) Promote behaviour of a xenophobic, racist, sexist, homophobic or similar nature.

b) Promote antisocial behaviour.

c) Promote, disseminate or may be associated with the consumption of drugs and alcohol.

d) Are of evidently low quality.

e) Unfairly capitalise on the prestige and good name of the town of Lloret de Mar.

f) Have the purpose or effect of discrediting the town of Lloret de Mar by associating it with the behaviour described in the foregoing points.
