This Friday and Saturday, the fifth edition of the Lloret Drone Festival will take place, with a show that will pay tribute to Lloret de Mar. There will be two different shows, both of which will focus on the cultural heritage and history of the town, featuring iconic locations and scenes that will be very familiar to all Lloret residents.
This year’s edition features 300 drones, 100 more than last year. They will light up the city sky in a light show that will create different shapes and choreographies that are highly visual, surprising and attractive, with a soundtrack that will make the experience even more immersive. In addition, as explained by the Councillor for Economic Promotion, Cristina Aymerich, “it is a sustainable show that respects the environment, because it does not generate waste or loud noises”.
The Mayor of Lloret, Adrià Lamelas, invites everyone to enjoy the show. He points out that “it is doubly satisfying to have an event of this calibre, of such high quality, and which also has Lloret de Mar as the theme of the light show. It is also a good way to enjoy our heritage and our history.”
The Lloret Drone Festival will be held this Friday and Saturday at 9 p.m. on Lloret beach, near the Yacht Club. This year, it is being organised by the company CroStars Aerial Shows SL.
